For when the admin is locked out. Type the recovery code you set on the Worker in Cloudflare (the secret called RECOVERY_CODE). The account's password and two-step codes are cleared, it is signed out everywhere, and you choose a new password next.
Once you are back in, remove RECOVERY_CODE from the Worker, so it cannot be used again.
